After living in Red Lodge for many years, Tammy Ringer decided to do something on her own...not an easy venture in a resort town full of many wonderful gift stores. Tammy and her good friend Laurie Haugen opened Lights on Broadway in 2007. The old brick building was originally home to a Standard gas station in the 1950’s and has turned out to be a great location for the business. Tammy is now the sole owner and operates the store with her two golden doodles, Bella and Ringo by her side.

Tammy moved to Red Lodge, Montana from Minnesota 16 years ago with her husband Rob and their two children Robby and Maddie. Rob has lengthy ties to Red Lodge since his parents built a cabin up the West Fork of Rock Creek over 50 years ago. Most of Rob’s family now call Montana home, while Tammy’s family continues to reside in Minnesota.

Lights on Broadway carries incredibly unique lighting and home accessories. If you don’t see what you are looking for in the store, they have a wide range of vendor relationships to attain whatever you need. Lighting is certainly the focus, but once inside you will find so much more, including jewelry, great cards, pillows, mirrors, barbed wire sculptures, candles and other gifts. Carbon County Steakhouse, Bogart’s, Babcock and Miles and Island at Rock Creek are all local businesses that are recent customers. Lights on Broadway has also worked on many houses in Red Lodge and surrounding communities to enhance the beauty of their homes.

The difference you will find is the personal touch and superb customer service you will receive to meet your individual tastes and needs. In addition there is a wide variety of lighting to choose from with reasonable pricing. Lights on Broadway can meet all your lighting requirements and in the end give you the unique appearance you are looking for.
